Interim CFO

Are you a seasoned finance professional with a passion for driving operational excellence and strategic growth? For a leading company active in the production sector, located in Olen, we are looking for an Interim Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead our finance function during an exciting period of transformation and growth.

As Interim CFO, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the financial strategy and operations. You will oversee all aspects of financial management.

The Interim CFO's key responsibilities include:

• Lead and develop the local finance team
• Own statutory reporting, audits and tax compliance
• Drive controlling, reporting, budgeting and long-term planning
• Lead treasury, liquidity and cash flow management
• Optimise SAP and finance processes
• Support capital projects and board decision-making
• Drive continuous improvement and scalability

The Interim CFO's profile:

• Senior Finance Director / Controller background
• Advanced experience in SAP
• Big 4 background is a plus
• Experience scaling and professionalising finance teams
• Comfortable operating with senior leadership and stakeholders
• Hands-on, structured and improvement-driven mindset
